Old Fashion Nut Rolls
NOBODY makes nut rolls like we do. In fact, nobody really makes a hand made nut roll at all any more. Why? Because it takes a lot of time to make each one. We start by making a small batch of fondant. Then we cover it in rich buttery caramel and while it is still gooey and sticky, we cover it with freshly roasted nuts. How's that for an old fashion treat?
Perfectly sized for a treat to share at the office.
