After caramelizing the butter and brown sugar, we slowly add cream, then patiently simmer the mixture. When it's cooked just enough we pour out the hot, buttery batch. Then, while still a little warm, we cut into chunky squares. These 'Little Bits' come out rich, chewy and full of flavor. It takes time to make perfection.
